By accessing our website or booking an appointment with Synergy Therapeutic Bodywork ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services
Synergy Therapeutic Bodywork provides professional therapeutic massage services tailored to each individual client. Sessions draw from a range of techniques including Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Kinesio Taping, and Healing Touch, based on your body's needs at the time of your session.
All services are provided by a licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and support overall wellness. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) may be charged the full session fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary and will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your massage session. This information helps us tailor the treatment to your needs and avoid contraindicated techniques.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe a client's health condition makes massage therapy inappropriate or potentially harmful. In such cases, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
Massage therapy is contraindicated in certain conditions. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have concerns about whether massage is appropriate for you.
Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients. We ask that all clients:
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Communicate any discomfort or concerns during the session
- Treat staff with courtesy and respect
- Refrain from inappropriate requests or behavior of any kind
We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately and refuse future services to any client who engages in inappropriate behavior. In such cases, the full session fee will be charged.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the session price and is entirely at your discretion. If you choose to leave a tip, it is greatly appreciated.
Limitation of Liability
Synergy Therapeutic Bodywork is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes that result from the disclosure of inaccurate health information by the client, or from conditions that existed prior to the massage session that were not disclosed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Synergy Therapeutic Bodywork and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
